This is a superb video and has helped greatly with getting the ball to jump every time. I wish I had been shown this two years ago when I started.

The angle of hit is very interesting in the video. If you look at high speed recordings of jump shot hits you will also see that the angle of hitting the ball is actually much lower than many other coaches tell you.

Downloading. Google Video does allow downloads and (if applicable) a "Download" button appears alongside the player. However, they don't say it but there is a file size limitation and the video file in question is too big.

Jim- very good question. I'll reply here for others asking the same thing. Yes, you can view the video full screen. The method varies depending on where the video is hosted. This particular video is on Google Video, but you can do the same thing on YouTube in a slightly different way. For this one (when you are viewing it on this site) look for the "Google Video" button down in the lower right-hand corner of the viewing area. Click on that and you should get a little pop up menu that says "Go to Google Video". Choose that link. When you are there if it doesn't immediately come up full screen look again in the viewing area on the lower right-hand corner. Use the drop down menu to choose the option you need (fit in window, double size, full screen for example), or click the "full screen" icon just to the left of the drop down. The basic message for all of these is to click around, you'll usually find the option you want, and you can't break anything, so please feel free to have a go! Thanks for stopping by.
