This is a superb video and has helped greatly with getting the ball to jump every time. I wish I had been shown this two years ago when I started.
The angle of hit is very interesting in the video. If you look at high speed recordings of jump shot hits you will also see that the angle of hitting the ball is actually much lower than many other coaches tell you.
Wow—I’m impressed. I wonder how many hours he practiced that swing?
